Effective date: January 8, 2026. These terms govern your use of Fineshore Loom’s platform, courses, and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, courses, or any services provided by Fineshore Loom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or enroll in any courses.

2. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate registration information, maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials, and promptly update any changes. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

  • Maintain respectful communication with instructors and fellow students.
  • Complete coursework and projects with integrity without plagiarism.
  • Respect all intellectual property rights of course materials.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not: use the platform for illegal purposes, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, harass other users, or resell course content without written permission. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

4. Payments, Billing & Refunds

All course purchases are final. We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee only if fewer than 25% of course modules have been completed. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, designs, patterns, videos, and materials are the exclusive property of Fineshore Loom. Students receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for personal knitting projects only.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Courses are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Fineshore Loom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or inability to complete a project. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.
